Ingredients for 6 people
- 500g of lentils
- celery a rib
- parsley
- carrot
- onion
- garlic
- 50g of bacon
- 1/2 glass of oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook the lentils in 1.25 liters of water with celery, parsley, carrot and 15g of salt. Once cooked, remove the odors and drain the lentils.
In a pan pour the oil and brown a clove of garlic. Remove the garlic and put a finely chopped onion and diced bacon. Fry to a golden color, pour the lentils into the pan and leave them to flavor for 20 minutes, adding a pinch of pepper and raw olive oil.
